LOVE Staub! Cookbook sounds wonderfull.
I want my husband to make me my favorite dish in the world Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas. Especially since I need hand wrist and shoulder surgery it has become very hard to cook myself
We always celebrated Mother’s Day, my dad’s birthday and my son’s birthday together. The birthdays often fell on Mother’s Day. Strawberry Shortcake was the favorite cake of all. So, even though my parents are gone and my son lives in another state, I continue to honor them all with an annual Strawberry short cake.
I would love to try the roasted vegetable lasagna. It looks amazing!
Unfortunately my mom lives too far away to celebrate mother’s day with anything more than a phone call… if she was here though, I would make something that I could just throw in the instant pot to give us more time for hanging out and drinking wine 🙂
Making coconut cake for my mom
Making creme brulee french toast ?
I want my husband to make me some delicious swordfish steak and clam/crab chowder with a bottle a 10 year white wine and some snickerdoodles for dessert.
Mother’s Day = Brunch = Pancakes!
I would be happy with anything someone else makes! Being the Mom means I am mostly incharge of feeding my crew. I am always happy to hand over the reins for a day!
I hope my husband makes me some of his apple cinnamon rolls… They’re diabetes waiting to happen, but so delicious!
I’ll only be making a phone call to my far-away mama this year. 🙁
Living so far away from my mother now, prevents us from spending much time together anymore. Normally, I would send her a card with a gift card attached. But this year, thanks for my new work schedule, I’m able to have the time off and spend it with her. Hoping for a relaxing day of going out for brunch and bringing the dogs for a lovely hike. Memories over materials! 🙂
I am making a banana cream pie.
I will be making my Mom garlic and ? roasted brussel sprouts and chipotle in adobo marinated mushroom tacos with goat cheese and grilled onions. ?
I won’t be cooking on Mother’s Day, but would love someone to make me an Angel Food Cake. This was my mom’s favorite dessert to make and it always reminds me of her.
My daughter always surprises me with my favorites!
I just saw Allison’s comment for rhubarb cake and now I REALLY would love to bake that! My uncle grows rhubarb in his garden and we always look forward to picking it. 🙂
I’m hoping for breakfast. Fresh orange juice, whole grain english muffins, my homemade cherry jam and fresh fruit.
I’d love to have someone make Seafood Crepes for me.
