Dukkah is an Egyptian spice blend made from crushed toasted nuts, seeds, and spices. This version is easy to make in the food processor, and it keeps in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of weeks. Find my favorite ways to use it in the post above!

In a small skillet over medium heat, toast the hazelnuts and pistachios for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add the sesame seeds and fennel seeds and toast about 1 minute more, stirring often to prevent burning.
