I’ve gone morel mushroom hunting with my family each spring since childhood. We eat nothing but mushrooms for days and they are delicious. Throughout the rest of the year, I glean what I can from the asian market and buy all sorts of varieties. Right now, I’m into making brothy soups and thick curries with them.
