Chantilly cake with lots of fresh fruit!
I’m making brunch for my mom and my grandmother for the first time this year, hopefully it will become a tradition! I’ll be making strawberry rhubarb scones, a frittata with peas, asparagus, and ramps, a salad with herbs and lemon dressing, and skillet hash browns.
Will enjoy Mimosas, guac and fajitas.
My mom and I will be in Florida so we won’t be cooking on mother’s day, but my favorite thing to make for her is Tres Leches cake with fresh berries and whipped cream!
I would love some homemade almond croissants, love them!
Even though I’m not in the same state as my mom, I’ll be thinking about her while I make the tomatillo white bean chili!! I’ve already made it once and it’s a favorite for me and my husband!
Saucy Mushrooms and creamy grits bowl’s
Parsnip chickpea noodle soup
Parsnip chickpea noodle soup with vegan cauliflower gratin
I will most probably make your Vegan Egg Salad – to go with a couple of quiches, bagels… and a host of other brunch-like things! Having many family members with dietary restrictions and choices makes it hard to find recipes to please all. This one does the trick. Happy Mother’s Day to all!
Oh wow, beautiful set!
Love making crepes for brunch, or poached eggs! Can’t wait to make brunch with my Mom this weekend for mother’s day!
Fluffy Banana Pancakes with Cardamom, Rose syrup drizzled across the top, and fresh Raspberries sprinkled on top and around. A few Rose petals for garnish. Yum! Can’t wait:)
I would love someone,( besides me) to make homemade waffles with berries and fresh whipped cream!
I would love to make your vegetable lasagna – it looks delicious!
!
Vegan pizza and bubbly!
Brunch!!! Quiche and Aperol Spritz will definitely be part of the day!!
Unfortunately on the other side of the country but will make a lovely brunch to celebrate from afar!
Funny enough, I make lasagna for my mom every mother’s day. Looks like I’ll be continuing the tradition this year! She’ll also love that this recipe is vegetarian (plus, she’s a fiend for eggplant).
Would love my grandmother’s lasagna. Made by her, but will settle for my mom’s version.
This recipe has been in the family for 4 generations, each one adding it’s personal touch, but it’s a winner recipe!
I’m secretly hoping for an eggs Benedict brunch 🙂
This giveaway is amazing! It would complete my kitchen tool dreams ??
