    I’m a nurse and I’ll be working on Mother’s Day, so won’t be cooking, and I’m not a mom myself, so …. but I do enjoy a good brunch, especially on a Sunday in May. A veggie-packed strata is the brunch equivalent of lasagna, and this goodie package would translate perfectly!

    This mother’s day I’m bring together both my mom and my husband’s mom for a family BBQ. We’re doing the classic hot dogs, grilled shrimp rolls with slaw, grilled veggies and the perfect spring desserts: Coconut Cream pie and Key lime cake! Cant wait!
