I want to make the broccoli feta frittata! ?
I just received your cookbook in the mail today. Hoping my husband can entertain the toddler and preschooler Sunday so I can slowly look through and and pick a recipe to make for dinner Sunday. Being able to cook uninterrupted sounds like the best mother’s day gift for this mom of a 3 and 4 year old.
Mexican chicken Taquitos , Cotija cheese
Black beans and fresh salsa
Tortilla chips and guacamole and salsa
Margaritas
It’s so easy to make and taste so delicious and it’s freshly made ! It’s the first mother’s day . They can all make it this year . So I figure , these recipes I can make a large amount without to much fuss, Super Delicious
Something brunchy 🙂
I would love someone to make me a delish vegan breakfast in bed! Perhaps some roasted veggies, lentils and a arugula salad. Some fresh pressed juice and some organic rose tea would be a delight. Since I am a single mother of a beautifully magical 6 year old daughter, I think I’ll be making us this and giving thanks to my child for selecting me as her mother in this life!
We’ll be having our favorite pasta dish – cheese tortellini!
I want someone to make me this lasagnas in this pan!
I bought all the ingredients for mother’s day brunch and REALLY hope my partner (and our little) makes me crispy hash browns!
We always do a cozy family brunch to celebrate at home, so I’m making my favorite vegetarian Tuscan ribollita. I serve it with crusty garlic toast, and I’m planning to poach some eggs to put over everything!
We usually do brunch but we are changing it up this year as we didn’t get Christmas together. Every Christmas since my mom was a kid except this year we have had coquilles St.-Jacques as it was her families tradition so it will be our post-dated Christmas meal.
My mom loves lemon bars, so they are a definite. I also plan on making a lemon blueberry loaf cake with a sweet/tart lemon glaze. Thank you for the opportunity and Happy Mother’s Day to you and all of your readers. 🙂
We are in Texas and by this time of year it’s already getting rather warm out. One of my mother’s favorite meals for mother’s day is simple kabobs with a three bean salad and delicious barley salad. They are all bright and fresh and light. Perfect for a Texas Sunday.
For mother’s day we will either get take out or something simple like Kohlrabi spring rolls, with peanut dipping sauce from your first book.
I am definitely making the lasagna for Mother’s Day, I have made it before for my husband & I and it’s absolutely delicious.. I will now make it for my family. Can’t wait. ❤️
My husband’s lemon prosciutto pasta!
I got my mom your cookbook for mother’s day, so we will hopefully cook something from it! It’s her choice (of course) but I’m hoping she picks the lasagna roll ups – I’ve been dying to try those!
Your spring asparagus frittata. Made it once before
And everyone loved it!
I’m planning on making strawberry cream scones for my mama.
Crepes with lemon curd for brunch, roasted asparagus with mushroom risotto for dinner!
Brunch for my MIL (french toast, eggs, bacon, fresh squeezed OJ and dinner(lasagna and a fresh salad)for my own mother. A full day loving on those who we adore so much. ❤️
