I’m not making anything this year but if I was, I would definitely make my mom’s orange & chocolate chip pancakes using the little Willams & Sonoma pancake molds she has!

My mom is very far from me but, if I could, I’d make her raw granola bars. She traveled to New York last year and when I made them she tried a piece and ended up eating haf of the tray. It was the cutest.

My mom and mother-in-law both have a sweet tooth, so what’s more important than Mother’s Day dinner? Mother’s Day DESSERT! I plan to make the Double-Chocolate Olive Oil cookies and serve with a dollop of local, plant-based ice cream! Our mamas deserve the whole world for everything they do, but they definitely deserve these cookies, too!!

I would love anything that I didn’t have to make! Sadly, I’ll be working from 10:30 to 7:00 that day, so maybe some dessert when I get home!
