    Perhaps I will find the perfect Mother’s Day dinner inside this beautiful book. Either way, I am sure to find a mouth watering recipe to make.

    I am not cooking for my mom this year, but in years past I have made desserts such as lemon-yogurt loaf cake and chocolate cupcakes! This year we are going to a favorite brunch spot instead.

    We’re going out for (vegan) sushi for Mother’s Day because I don’t want to have to plan a brunch on my day! But my kids are going to make me a healthy treat. I don’t have pictures, but just made the zucchini enchiladas from the new cookbook and they were amazing! Can’t wait to cook out of this book more.

    Mother’s day, a day set aside to honor the women in our lives who have been given the opportunity to be mothers. It’s an honor I am proud to own and of which I have embarrassed with all my heart. Thanks for the honor!
    This Mother’s day however, will be an away day for us,as we are in the process of and the final finishing up of a major kitchen remodel.
    As an avid but enthusiastic cook I enjoy preparing hearthy and healthy meals for my family. Looking forward to enjoying a delicious arros con pollo in the next coming days. Cheers!! ?
