I love your cookbook!I will be making your artichoke pesto pizza for our Friday Pizza date night.
This Mother’s day will be the first I will celebrate without my Mom. She passed away in December. We will celebrate her wonderful 92 years by doing things she loved….going to a good restaurant (very vegan/veggie friendly)and a musical.

My mom is vacationing in Arizona this Mother’s Day, so I’ll have to make her a belated dinner! I imagine I’ll hear about her fun adventures that day and console myself that I’m not also vacationing by grilling salmon or veggie burgers on my new grill, a purchase inspired by finally having an outdoor space for the first time in my adult life.
