    I dont live near my Mom, but if I did it would start with Mimosas and some yummy baked goods. Then a neighborhood BBQ like we did growing up with all the moms.

    We’re bringing my mom and brothers and their fam up to the Olympic Peninsula and I’m planning to prep D. Chang’s Bo Ssam recipe and drop it in the oven while we spend the day at a beach-house AirBnB. Should have plenty of leftovers to make tacos for the next day!

    Pasta! A delicious pasta with lots. Of cherry tomatoes, green onions, garlic and as much fresh basil as i can stand. Being a mother is giving even if no one gives back 😉 so ill make this for me!

    I wont be with my mom for mother’s day but I’ll be making some of her delicious Portuguese sweet bread and Kale Soup for dinner in her honor! If I can’t be with her I’ll make food that reminds me of her! <3
