Today, we’re celebrating our cookbook launch with one last giveaway – and it’s a good one! You may have noticed that I have a thing for smoothies, blended soups and creamy sauces.     I love to make avocado cilantro dressing. It’s delicious. I make it with Greek yogurt and a tad of mayo so it’s not full of fat. Great on a salad as well as any veggies.

    Favorite blended recipe: roasted butternut squash, sweet potato, and carrot soup.
    Roast all the vegetables (or whichever you have around) add to blender and TA-DA. Dinner in 15 minutes.
