Oh my goodness, I would love to have a copy of your book. I keep hinting at my bf that it would make a great gift for me but he doesn’t have the best memory.
I’ve made quite a few of your recipes and always try to snap a pic and post to Instagram with #loveandlemons
Think my fave so far is the vegetarian ramen (damn that soft/hard boiled egg!) and the lemon cake from a few weeks ago.

Thanks for making this event happen!

P.S. We love the vegan pumpkin waffles. They are so flexible. I didn’t have pumpkin so used kuri squash. Num! And, I didn’t have flax meal so substituted egg (ok, not so vegan, and neither are we). Another time I didn’t have pumpkin or squash, so substituted apple sauce. It worked, but was bland despite the spices, so will stick to pumpkin or squash. I have both a Belgian waffle maker and the ‘skinny’ waffle maker, and the recipe works in both. But we always make sure to have real maple syrup.
