Hi friends! Happy weekend-before-Halloween! This time of year was always a favorite for me growing up… not so much for the halloween candy, but for the homemade chocolate pumpkin-y treats that my mom would bake. I liked a good 3 Musketeers bar, but I loved pumpkin brownies and cookies even more. So in the spirit of things that won’t get stuck in your teeth, here are some homemade favorites that I’ve made and a few tasty treats from others’ sites that had me drooling this week:
Pictured above: Vegan Chocolate PB&J Cups
Buttercup Squash Crumble Bars / Almond Butter Brown Rice Crispy Treats
Sweet Harvest Pumpkin Ice Cream
Almost Raw Brownies with Maple Ganache from Oh Lady Cakes
Vegan White Chocolate Cups from Will Frolic for Food
Bittersweet Chocolate Pepita Butter Bites from Not without Salt
Grain-free Mini Pumpkin Cashew Cheesecakes from Tasty Yummies
Carrot Coffee & Chocolate Scones from Faring Well
Vegan Twix Tart from Wallflower Kitchen
Coconut Twix Bars from This Rawsome Vegan Life
Raw Snickers from Our Holistic Kitchen
Vegan Snickers Ice Cream Cake from Pickles & Honey
Pumpkin Date Caramel Cakes from Camille Styles
Every one of these sounds delicious…and would be great any time of the year! My favourite are the vegan peanut butter cups. I have my own recipe for these and make them all the time! They are seriously SO decadent!! I don’t even eat regular chocolate anymore!

Those peanut butter cups sound and look so good! Never thought you could make those vegan! That’s a great idea.
