10 of my favorite soups and stews to keep you warm on cold winter evenings.
A few weeks ago, we flew out of Chicago just before the snow started falling and the temps dropped below zero. This year, unlike most winters, we got lucky. If you’re in the midwest (or another frigid location) – my heart goes out to you. I don’t know how you do it, but here are ten of of my favorite healthy soup recipes that will hopefully help warm & nourish the soul.
I make these all the time, but I want to know – what are you favorite soups?

I have made the Butternut Squash Black Bean Chili a couple of times and it is absolutely delicious! Hearty, tasty and easy, especially when I buy butternut squash that’s already peeled and cut into cubes. (Sometimes the labor is worth paying for!) This is becoming a standard for me.
When I found out Jamie Oliver never peels butternut squash I stopped also. So much simpler, and just delicious. I’ve never had a complaint.
I didn’t know that, but I’ll have to give it a go next time 🙂
Ha, I’m so glad you’ve loved that one!
I need that saffron cous cous stew for lunch right now. Looks incredible! I’ve had nothing but success making your recipes! 🙂
